Shipping your parcel

Packages are usually shipped within 2 days of receiving payment. They are shipped with a tracking number and handed over without a signature. Packages can also be shipped and delivered for signature. Please contact us before choosing this method of delivery, as there are additional charges. Whichever delivery method you choose, we send you a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as shipping costs. We cannot group two orders placed separately and a shipping fee applies to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile objects.

The size of the boxes is appropriate and your items are properly protected.
